Donovan Hill, celebrated winner at the 2007 National Architecture Awards, designed the six, two-storey Skyhomes to represent the pinnacle of Brisbane’s West End living. Outstanding north facing views are harmonised with a stunning urban design.

Large, open plan kitchen, dining and entertainment areas spill seamlessly onto a covered outdoor room. Operable walls also offer flexibility to convert living areas to intimate media and entertaining rooms. A dedicated bedroom and bathroom on the lower level is ideal for guests.

The upper level of the Skyhomes apartments features two generous bedrooms. The main bedroom with ensuite provides a dramatic outlook to Brisbane city and access to an expansive balcony; ideal as a private retreat. The second bedroom has the option to be transformed into a private study/library, and also offers superb access to the outdoor balcony.
